We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with both a shower tub and a seat-in bath. The air conditioner worked very well, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a subway line and bus stop just 200 meters away. We also appreciated the proximity to convenient shops and the nearby Olympic Forest Park, which was perfect for runners. The hotel staff, especially Neumann Chen 陳寜 and duty manager Jim, were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. They were attentive to our needs, spoke English fluently, and went above and beyond to assist us, including arranging a replacement car for airport pickup and recommending a complimentary lunch. We truly felt at home during our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my room upgrade upon arrival, without even asking for it. The king size bed and spacious accommodations made me feel like a VIP. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options for both light and hearty meals. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The suite upgrade did not fix the non-functional air conditioning, but the room was cooler. Jim, the duty manager, speaks excellent English and is proactive in attending to guests' needs. He quickly resolves issues and provides helpful recommendations. On arrival, when the airport pickup failed, he arranged for a replacement car and treated us to a complimentary lunch. The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and subway, with spacious rooms. The concierge service is superb. The reception staff, particularly the young ladies, were pleasant.

The hotel was really clean and well-maintained. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the bathroom in the room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with a subway station and bus stop nearby. There were also plenty of shops in the area, making it easy to find whatever you needed.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. the AC in the room was broken, so the room was uncomfortably hot all night.

The amenities in this hotel are truly luxurious. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were excellent, and the massage was a fantastic way to relax. the private facilities were exclusive and exactly as I needed. the in-room breakfast was exquisite, with a wide range of options to choose from. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated with a beautiful view, a real sight to behold. the location was perfect, with easy access via the subway and shuttle bus.
The restaurant staff could have been more attentive, but this is truly a minor issue and did not detract from my overall experience.
